If you are interested in prenatal support and birth education, this is for you. I do not have to attend your actual birth to help set you up for the birth you want. I will help you become your own advocate and go into labor feeling educated, informed & empowered.

My role as a birth doula is to support you and (if applicable) your parter. I am not meant to replace anyone. Just offer additional care. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, understood & empowered.
Includes everything in Prenatal package plus:
24 hour support & on call from 36 weeks to birth
Support through labor to 3 hours postpartum
1 postpartum check up (3-5 days)
prenatal yoga
Private 1:1 yoga session at any stage in pregnancy customized to fit you. Whether you are an experienced yogi or brand new, I will guide you through the practice you want & need.
If you want to add a yoga session to your prenatal or birth doula package, its only $75
