Prenatal & postpartum yoga

You’re pregnant. you’re not injured.

This practice is for the mamas that want to MOVE.

I have been teaching yoga and movement for 8+ years and working with pregnant women for 13+ years.

Here’s what I’ve learned… yoga and somatic practices impact your pregnancy and labor. But I have yet to find a prenatal practice that resonated with me and my students. I found they were all very restorative and left some feeling more injured than pregnant so I created one. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or brand new- there are ways to move and feel grounded, empowered and strong in your body during pregnancy.

There are many different types of practices, it is not one size fits all and I love that.

  • Private sessions are wonderful for getting exactly what your body needs and wants- with hands on support.

  • If you want the customization and support of a 1:1 but you want to bring some friends along, let’s make it a party! Get your group together and we’ll find a space that fits and a class that feels good for everyone.

  • Coming soon…

  • I do have an app for my BURN & BLOOM practice with online classes. Prenatal flows coming soon.

  • Imagine this: instead of baby shower with diaper games, you and your closest people gather together in a ceremonial celebration. We can sit and flow and breathe and journal (sound bowls optional) and create the perfect space for you to soak in the love and support that surrounds you.
This is for YOU and that means its totally customizable to whatever you envision.
