I LOVE photographing births. Duh.

But I also LOVE photographing day 1 sessions. Because its really simple and real. Hospitals are hospitals and thats fine. We aren’t trying to make it not look like that. We are capturing the real, fresh postpartum vibe.

You dont have to straighten up for me. You dont have to pick out special outfits. You dont need to worry about hair and make up (though you totally can add a little mascara if that makes ya feel better).
All you need to do is be present. Soak it up. Hospital stays aren’t super enjoyable, I get it. But 10 years from now, I swear you wont care. You’ll be so happy to have photos like these.
